This page explains how to cancel your Eclipse Fulfillment services, what happens when you do, and when you can get a refund.

1. How to cancel

You can cancel at any time, for any reason, in any of these ways:

• Customer portal: member.eclipsefulfillment.com → Login→Member Area→Cancel Membership

Please include your name, business name and website domain so we can find your account. We will confirm your cancellation in writing within 2 business day. You don’t need to give a reason.

2. When cancellation takes effect

Your cancellation takes effect as soon as we receive it. You will not be billed again after you cancel.

3. What happens to your website

We host your website on our servers as part of your service. When your service ends, your website will go offline and people will no longer be able to visit it.

• Backup: You can ask for a free copy of your website files and database before you cancel or within 30 days after. After 30 days, we permanently delete your site data.
• Domain name: We will transfer your domain to you on request.

4. Refunds

• Within 3 business days of purchase: You get a full refund. Cancel by midnight on the third business day after your purchase date, and we will refund the full amount to your original payment method within 10 business days.
• After 3 business days: Package fees are not refundable after this period because hosting has already begun for that month. Cancellations after three days will be put into effect the following month and you will no longer be charged. Hosting will remain in effect for the duration of the current month unless otherwise requested.
• Hosting fees: Hosting is billed monthly at $29.99. Hosting fees already paid for the current period are not refunded, but you will not be charged again.
